On Sunday’s during worship, children have a chance to play, pray and learn together in our Nursery (ages 4 and under) & Sunday School (pre-K through 6th grade). Families gather together in the sanctuary for worship and then kids are dismissed to Sunday School during the passing of the peace.
- Here are some resources to help you and your little ones to feel more comfortable during worship:
- Children of all ages are welcome to stay in worship, and invited to take an activity bag from this table! We welcome wiggles and noise as a normal part of church.
- On Communion Sundays, everyone is welcome to receive–kids included!
- During the school year, kids four and under are welcome in our professionally staffed nursery (grab a building map as you enter the building!).
- After the children’s message, kids in Pre-K through 6th grade will be invited to go to Church School. After worship, you can pick up your church school kids in our children’s wing.
- Nursing parents are welcome to stay in the sanctuary, or to use the nursery or the rocking chairs right outside the sanctuary doors as needed.
At our Wednesday Homework Club program (4pm-5pm), children (k through 5th grade) have a chance to work on homework and other activities before Nectar (K-2nd Grade) & Hive choir (3rd-5th grade) meet at 5pm-6pm. See below for more information on music opportunities.
Both our Sunday & Wednesday programs foster engaging environments that provide kids with opportunities to have fun, make friends and participate in creative activities that help them learn about God. At the end of June, we host our annual Vacation Bible School.
